Meeting Summary
The MCB II conference 2019, organized by the members of the CBBS ScienceCampus postdoctoral network, covered brain plasticity in its many facets, from molecules to behavior in five illuminating symposia and three outstanding keynote lectures.
More than 140 people participated in the success of the conference, with a strong student participation in discussion sessions following the talks and during the poster sessions.
We are particularly grateful to our guest speakers Mitsuko Watabe-Uchida, Nelson Totah, Paul Min, Simon Wiegert, Klaus-Armin Nave, Malte Kaller, Sean Deoni, Alessio Attardo, Christian Lohmann, Nikolaus Maier, Lisa Marshall, Jose Donoso, Martin Korte, Tessa van Leeuven, Stephen Town, Max Happel and Michael Hasselmo.
Additionally, we would like to acknowledge the LIN as host and especially thank the Facility management and Science and Media Technology teams.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the second MCB Brain Plast meeting from 9-11 September, 2019!
